the gracious reception staff. the cleanliness of the hotel. the location near important roads and landmarks. the quiet rooms even though in central area.
The restaurant was bad they are giving old food it should be reported to food department in Saudi authorities. It's was old stall food. I am also going to share that on social media
The only good thing is the big size of the room and the bed,it is comfortable. Breakfast is acceptable.
The room was clean and neat,the bathroom fittings are old and need replacing.
Location is just very near to corniche and Haifa mall and supermarkets and restaurants. It is very clean and very spacious and staff are very accomodating. We were allowed to stay until 6pm without additional charge. Thank you for that Arab guy( sorry missed to ask his name) for being so considerate
